Customers should contact us in 7 days effective period of times from the date of rceiving the package,all return packages with paintings must be in a brand new condition,paintings from Custom-Oilpainting.com and original packing.Requests to return due to damage problems during shipping and sizes error,please take photos and send us to show clearly problem with the package received,we will arrange exchange paintings for you and shipping cost on our side.
But requests to return items due to other reasons below, we reserve the right to refuse to refund or exchange.
